Although, returning to your habits may take more than a week. But starting now will give you a headstart. Sticking to a schedule will make you honed for what will come when your summer break ends.

You can start by waking up early, going on a walk, or eating your meals on time. By practising this earlier, when the time comes, you will feel easier to adjust and more energized. You will be ready to take on whatever obstacle comes your way!

Set goals for the new semester

Your goals can be as huge as aiming for a certain GPA in the semester and as small as making a new friend or taking notes in every class. You can also maintain a bucket list.

Achieving these goals makes you motivated and inspires you to aim higher. It can transform your mindset and habits for good. At the end of your term, you will be glad to have something to look back to and be proud of.

You can also try to savour the last days of your summer break to the brim. This can be doing any activity that gives you a sense of comfort: cooking, reading, or simply playing your favourite video game or free internet slot.
