Learning Management System – LMS
The LMS is a workplace dedicated for all course related material. Every student has an account on the LMS, the credentials of which are emailed on the outlook email account of the students. The LMS has specific sites for every course you have enrolled in your current semester. Every Site is modified by the respective Instructors and the Teaching Assistants. Furthermore, The course books are uploaded inside the ‘Resources’ Tab and the Outline can be found under the ‘Syllabus’ tab. Additionally, you are always notified by Email of any announcements, resource upload, Assignments and Deadlines.
Furthermore, the “Assignments” tab contains the work assigned to you, including the deadline and the attachments. The general tab also notifies the status of the assignments and due date. Courses you have enrolled into with the ERP Portal are shown on the LMS after 2 or 3 days.
ERP Portal
The ERP Portal is the most important thing to understand and get hold of. The ERP contains every information i.e. Weekly Schedule, Course History, Course Grades, Student Ledger and much more.
The most important part of the ERP Portal is Enrollment, a brief list of courses with their schedules is released by the Institute prior to the Enrollment process. Students must sort out the courses for their respective semester and add them in their Enrollment Shopping Carts. In fact, the process of manually selecting the courses by sorting out the best schedule is hard. Indeed, mastering the art of Enrollment is an achievement not every student can get. Moreover, the ERP Portal provides every student their specific ‘Attendance Report’ to keep a check and balance on their attendance. The Attendance Report contains the details of the days classes were missed and how many classes have been attended. Further, the ERP can provide you with your Course History, Grades, Terms and your Transcript.
IBA WebApps
The IBA WebApps is the place where you can assess the Student Facilitation System. Basically, the SFS is used for getting Recommendation Letters for Internships, Applying or Summer Programs, Submitting Financial Aid documents, Applying for an Exam-Retake, Internal Transfer etc.
IBA Job Portal
The IBA Job Portal is another great feature that enables students to find jobs/internships of their desired program. The IBA Career Development Center manages the portal. To start off, begin by logging in to your Student Account. The Credentials are same as the ERP Portal.
Once logged in, you can upload your CV there, visit My Profile and update with your information that will be visible to companies that you will apply. You can visit the Applied Jobs to check the status of your applications.
Moreover, Visit Home to browse the jobs/internships available. You can filter our the functionalities according to your expertise. Additionally, the jobs present show the post information as well.
