Who does not love to explore and travel? Sight-seeing, nature, people, food, shopping and what not; traveling is a whole package of entertainment. Furthermore, here I will not only talk about Qatar, Turkey or London Paris, and New York; but about Moola Chatook, Gorakh, and Gadani or Ormara beach as well. Our brains deserve a break after giving timed quizzes for Sir Adil Nakhoda and submitting assignments to Ma’am Kanwal Akhtar. Moreover, the travel start-ups by students at IBA have proven to be the golden eggs for vacation-deprived students.
Thakawat
After drowning in the whirlpool of definitions, and formulas finding an escape into mother nature seems like heaven on earth. The cool beaches of Ormara and Gadani suck all the frustration out of our sponge-like bodies. The fierce race of lectures, CGPAs, and life itself makes us forget the need to stop and take a break.
Travel
Lunches at Aussie Burger or long drives to Bahria Adventure Land are short naps that we take to restore our sanity. However, timely repair and maintenance is a must; oiling and polish of the brain, eyes, and hearts are needed. The jamming sessions, bonfires, and photography not only bring our inner child to the surface but also helps to remind us that life exists and must be lived with full zeal and zest.

The memories that we make are the ones we cherish life long and will regret if these moments are missed. Two days and nights with people who mind their own businesses and aren’t there to “judge” you! What a dream? Two days without a deadline to meet, a bus to catch, an early morning attendance to reach to or a presentation to give; that’s what living is in its true sense.
Conclusion
Travelling gives us a chance to know the world and know ourselves better. My monthly travels back home- Islamabad- not only allow me to notice emotions around me but also to forget the battles that we all fight every day. Language, place, people, class, grades all vanish into thin air once we set on the same roads to enjoyment. This is what living is. ‘Life is not a race’ as Circuit said in 3 Idiots.
